1. Personally inspects Property once a week, inside & out, personally checking windows, ceiling, and water systems for possible leaks.



2. Checks all areas such as closets, bathrooms, a/c closets for evidence of mildew.



3. Arranges maintenance checks by coordinating with your service providers for appointments.



4. Secures home for summer season, open at no extra charge for occasional summer visits.



5. Provides monthly reports on condition of property, sent to your summer address.



6. Starts and runs Automobile, keeping battery and engine running smoothly.



7. Arranges and coordinate house keeping service if needed for post and pre occupancy.



8. Oversees other contract services to see that work is being done satisfactorily i.e. lawn care, pool, & A/C service.



9. Serves as the local emergency contact person for alarm system.



10. Forwards any important mail and packages.



11. Waters any indoor plants.
